>From the book file in FrameMaker, if you hold down the SHIFT key and
simultaneously select the File menu, three new commands appear: Open All
Files in Book, Close ... , and Save ... This can come in very handy when
doing a book-wide update.
(These instructions are for Windows; I'm not sure what the equivalent
would be for UNIX or Mac.)
If you're not worried about investigating the unknown fonts problem, you
can turn off "Remember Unknown Font Names" (File/Preferences/General),
open all of the files in the book, save them all, then close them all, and
your problem should be solved.
