ya know...for a minute, I thought you were talking about me..

- it has taken me 10 years to know what I know
- about 100 people can do what I do
- I'm paid well
- I have relative job security
- my department has hired and fired MORE than four programmers while I've
been here (and hasn't fired ANY technical writers)
