Subject:DIY SF Bay Area Rate Survey From:DaveC <peninsula -at- covad -dot- net> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Wed, 4 Dec 2002 17:34:31 -0800
I've been looking back over the last year's tech writer list messages
and I don't see any discussion of rates in Sillycon Valley for either
perms or contractors.
I am aware of the STC survey, but some (many?) writers question the
value of becoming an STC member - with the possible exception of this
one resource.
I propose a DIY survey comprised of our contributions. I'd be glad to start.
What do y'all think?
Dave
