Managing Your Documentation Projects
Author: Joann T. Hackos
Format: Paperback
Publication Date: March 1994
ISBN: 0471590991
I used the above listed text a year or so ago and found it to be fairly
good. The cheapest I saw on http://www.bestwebbuys.com shows around $27.00
on http://www.half.com , just be sure to check the seller's ratings and
feedback.
Managing Documentation Projects in an Imperfect World
Author: Gabriel Lanyi
Format: Paperback
Publication Date: April 1994
This text is also adequate. Currently is only at Barnes and Noble. For
$33.00 +/- shipping.
I admit that these are only suggestions. I got most of what I know from
several textbooks and the excellent pool of professors at the University of
Minnesota. If you are a member of STC, there is a slew of information found
in Intercom and Tech Comm.
