| Does such a program exist?
Certainly. You can write your content in Microsoft Word or FrameMaker
and then convert the document(s) to a wide variety of online formats
using WebWorks Publisher Professional Edition (if you use FrameMaker) or
WebWorks Publisher WordHelp (if you use Word). The online versions can
have a TOC, glossary, index, and full-text search.
