Subject: Frame 6 crashes when importing file
I've exhausted all the free support options, trying to find an answer to
this. Maybe one of you has been through it. Every time I try to import a
file (a screen capture into a manual), the program suddenly crashes.
Poof --
FrameMaker is gone.
It's Frame 6 for Windows. I'm running Windows 2000.
How I did it: I used File > Import > File (select import by ref, and
select
filename) > OK -- then crash.
I just tried it again, and this time I got a "serious error" message. It
happened 5 times before without generating any message. Any ideas what's
up?
Thanks,
