This is not libel, it is my opinion, a.k.a. freedom of speech.
To suggest a bit of caution because of what you see as a lack of contact information and other reasons, is "freedom of speech". To call something a "scam" crosses the line -- possibly into libel. It's a fine, but distinct, line.
