Regarding Word 2002, copy editing, proofreading, and freelancing
Subject:Regarding Word 2002, copy editing, proofreading, and freelancing From:craig -dot- cardimon -at- att -dot- net To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Sat, 28 Dec 2002 16:50:43 +0000
I've come across a possible opportunity to do some freelance proofreading and
copy editing, probably using Word 2002, which is the version I have.
I have looked for books on proofreading, copy editing, and Word 2002. I was
unable to find any that were recommended as the "gold standard."
Can any of you knowledgeable folks recommend specific titles on proofreading,
copy editing, and/or Word 2002? Ones that perhaps you find indespensible?
Any suggestions would be warmly appreciated.
Craig
