Manager, User Documentation
Responsibilities:
Manage the user documentation team.
Optimize workflow in the department by setting up standards and
single-source tools.
Minimum Requirements:
Seven or more years of experience as a hands-on software user and
technical documentation leader.
A successful track record of motivating teams to deliver quality
documentation deliverables on time.
An extensive background building user-centric customer information to
be delivered both printed and online (PDF and online help/Web).
The ability to work in a multi-project, fast-paced, highly-iterative,
customer-centric environment.
Health care industry experience desirable.
Most important are enthusiasm, creativity, mentorship, and a strong
commitment to customer success.
