My favorite question to ask: Tell me one unusual way that you use Word.
This tells me if the person really knows Word, or just uses it as a smart
typewriter. (My personal answer: I put abbreviations in the AutoCorrect for
common terms. Instead of typing out "Our Company MultiMedia Digital
Player," I would just type "MMP".
A question that I have been asked before: What is a software development
life cycle? What are the main documents that would be required for a
complete lifecycle?
