I don't think I know the answer, but I have an idea.

Writing, I'd place Interleaf at #1 and FM at #2
Graphics...Illustrator is pretty up there

If sculpturing in marble had the same time line as documentation, to create
an ash tray should take a few day. To create the Statue of David, your whole
career.
