TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.

Gang,
TECHWR-L doesn't cost subscribers anything...it's
available for anyone to subscribe to, read, and use.
The TECHWR-L site doesn't cost visitors anything--
anyone can visit, read, search, and use it.
As you know, that's possible because of TECHWR-L
advertisers and sponsors. There's currently
an ad running in the Premium Announcements
(http://www.raycomm.com/techwhirl/archives/0301/techwhirl-0301-00402.html)
asking subscribers and readers to thank the sponsors
for their support. The response hasn't been as
strong as we'd have expected or have liked.
Please, take a few minutes to 1) read the Premium
Announcements (7 new ads this week) and 2) thank the
TECHWR-L sponsors for their support.
TECHWR-L has a very non-invasive revenue model--it
can only continue to be so if you do your part
as well.
Thanks,
Eric
