I'm a contractor and like it that way. Therefore, I've structured my resume
in a skills, markets, projects, and deliverables format. Had one agency
insist that I change it to a chronological format because "that's how the
game is played." Haven't had a problem with anyone else so I told them I
wasn't interested in the job they were trying to fill. Never did figure out
how an agency in Plantation, Florida got a listing for a company in Mesa,
AZ.
