An interesting question, Sean, and I understand your reason for asking. However, this would not fit the format of a techwr-l poll, because each respondent would need to be able to make multiple selections, rather than a single radio button choice.
To answer your question for myself, I create output for offset (usually 4-color), office color laser (up to a few thousand copies, depending on the job), and silkscreen (1-color, multi-color PMS, false process color).
