All of the below is true, but assumes that the game show host is always
going to show a door. But what if the host only shows a door if he knows you
have chosen the correct door - as a way of getting you to change your
selection based on your knowledge of the probabilities? I might note this
possibility in my cover letter.
The rules of the game ARE that the host always shows you a door.
