There was some article in the latest Intercom that dealt with this
(something like "When Technical Writers don't write technically" or
something). I dunno, I didn't read it. But I saw it. *g*

Basically, you're right. There e*is* no difference. It's a matter of
audience and purpose. Period. Once you understand how to focus on those
elements, you can change gears easily.
