A quick perusal at work didn't turn up any such fonts, but I'll check when I get home. Nonetheless, most layout programs allow the user to create a faux condensed font out of a regular font. You can also tighten up the letter spacing and the word spacing. So Jan's approach might be a good one to take a look at in addition to the ones I suggested.Have a look at:
http://fontcraft.com/scriptorium/monospaced/
Midilex or Regula might be especially useful for the problem being discussed.
However, in general, the page shows that there's more that can be done with a monospaced font than most people imagine. The fonts are fairly affordable, too.
