Dick Margulis asks:
Should I change the field label to "Position" or "Title/Position"?
-------------------------
How about:
Title (Mr, Mrs, Ms) <field>
First(given) Name <field>
Last (family) Name <field>
Company <field>
Position <field>
I know you didn't ask about first and last name, but having spent a lot of time learning about East Asian countries, I think it might be nice to clarify exactly what you mean by first name. :-)
