Am I the only one who thinks these conflict?
I don't know about anyone else, but I would have failed the test. Right now,
I have three documents in progress that are 90+% topic headings...
...and three content databases totaling about 6,000 lines in Excel and 10
Visios....which were developed BECAUSE of the topic headings.
