Not to mention that even those of us who *do* have cell phones do not answer calls 24-7. If I'm driving, for instance, you will have to leave a message no matter what. :-) Most of my first-contacts have been through email, for whatever that's worth.
Definitely a good article, though. Now we have one URL we can send to everyone who asks the list for resume advice! Well done.
