Maybe you could let your people make corrections with the mark-up tools in
PDF-files. We are using this system, and we have no problem with the ISO ...
the PDF files are not large and they can be stored for a long time.
If the proofreader does not want to read on the monitor, then he/she can
print iot out and then insert the comments/corrections in the PDF-file.
