Actually, I have, although the discussions haven't been quite that
hyperbolic. I've also been stuck in meetings that involved of a lot of
finger-pointing. It really depends on the kind of people you work with and
their level of professionalism.
Everyone screws up once in a while. The important thing is to get the
problem solved and move along.
