Ok, I'll accept that. Now..take this one step further. Imagine that to get
that certification, you had to either know a set of skills or get that set
of skills. Wouldn't it go far towards bringing up the skill level of those
who want to be successful in this field, and eliminate those who are only
marking time until the field they really want to be in rebounds?
OTOH, you might find that those without cert aren't out of jobs the way you
think they might...what if by having that certification, you are able to ask
for maybe $20-$30 per hour premium...as an employer, you may wish you could,
but don't because you cannot afford it....or maybe you'll bring in one to
run a crew of lesser experienced writers.
