RE: NUMPAGES field not working in Word

This is a known bug.  In addition to the workaround presented by David
Brown, these approaches will work:

-- Set the printer to print in reverse page order
or
-- (longer term solution)  Download and apply Service Pack (or is it Service
Release?) 1a from the Microsoft web site.  DO NOT apply SP2/SR2 unless you
want to have draconian problems with certain email attachments.  SP3/SR3
should work as well, but I've been okay with 1a.
