Visual SourceSafe is a revision control system, and
except for being able to see at a glance what files
have changed when, how, and by whom, I'm not sure how
it will help you in actually documenting this info
(other than providing the base-level info for you to
document).
What kinds of changes are you looking for? Might
implementing VSS be enough?
Basically, are you looking to merely document the
change, or are you looking to control the actual revision?
