Claire...this has been discussed many times. You will find that either
nobody responds, or the response is not representative of their true
feelings.
I've found that the best way is to select a small handful of readers (5 or
less, maybe those who were in your beta program) who you know to be
particularly vocal, and discuss the feedback with them one on one. Not
survey forms, not web questionnaires, but real-live talking.
