For what it's worth, while I don't disagree with those who point out that user
feedback is difficult to obtain in passive mode (email addresses or user surveys on
SASEs), I think it doesn't hurt anything to make contact modes available for those
who might want to use them.
You can put an email address in an Introduction or Getting Started section, and I
would make it reasonably prominent.
But as others have said, don't sit back and assume that you aren't hearing anything
because you've done a wonderful job. Mostly likely they aren't reading the
documentation, don't care about providing feedback, don't think anyone will listen,
or don't want to get involved.
