FW: Word 2002 + Watermarks + strange page numbering

Is it a 'graphic' watermark or just text?
Try this:
>From the Footer, create a text box and insert the graphic or text; then adjust the size of the text box to fit in the footer space and click on the graphic inside the box to resize it for the box (the box should 'float' - that way it doesn't affect the 'fields').
