Subject:11x17 FrameMaker pages cropped to 8.5x11 in PDF From:Karen Casemier <karen -dot- casemier -at- provia -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Thu, 29 May 2003 14:52:29 -0400
I know there is a very easy answer to this. I just cannot figure it out.
I've checked the archives (of this list AND framers) and I wasn't able to
find something specific to this problem - it's probably in there, I just
didn't use the correct terminology.
I have a document that has a few 11x17 landscape pages in FrameMaker version
6.0. I'm using Acrobat 5.0, on Windows 2000 Pro. When I print to PDF, the
11x17 pages get cropped to 8.5 x11. I've tried reinstalling FrameMaker,
reinstalling the distiller printer driver, printing to PDF using every
printer I have, checking job options and making default page size 11x17...
...all to no avail. I'm sure this must have something to do with the printer
drivers, because it always does. I know I've done this in the past, but I
believe I was using Acrobat 4.0 at the time.
Any ideas? I'll just sit here quietly banging my head on my cube wall until
I figure this out.
