Kate Robinson is about to attempt the amazing feat of creating an Index in a
Microsoft Word document and is looking for general advice.
Kate, I've had great success burning a stick of incense before I start, though a
coworker swears by turning his baseball cap around backwards (frontwards?) on his
head. A former coworker favored sacrificing small animals to an image of Bill Gates,
but we had to let him go as that was just too extreme.
