We do sort of have a dress code, but it's more or less, "Shirt and shoes
required."
Well, at least shirts are nice -- shoes are often optional around here.
When the Seattle Mariners are on a tear, at least one clothing item must contain a Mariner's logo (shirt, jacket, cap...)
Of course, I work with a bunch of scientists who, no matter what they wear to work, cover it all up with a lab coat. White, sky blue, or navy blue.
