I want to link from HTML to a number of PDFs that originated in various
formats -- MS Word and FrameMaker to start with.

I think I understand how to create named destinations in FrameMaker; I
basically just turn this on when I generate the .ps file and it will make
my document larger.

==> What I do not understand is how do I know what the names of the
destinations are so that I can put their names into my HTML file.

And, I think I understand how to create tagged bookmarks from Word,

==> But -- same question -- how do I know what the names of the tagged
bookmarks are?

Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question. I have spent at least
two hours looking through the archives and in the Acrobat and FrameMaker
manuals.
