Framemaker Crashes - Internal Error: 6004, 5514644, 6571609, 4709252

Hi,

I am facing this strange problem with Framemaker that I have been unable to
solve. Following are the details and would greatly appreciate if you could
provide any insight to solving the problem.


Problem: Trying to do any operations such as Updating the book, Generating
the PDF, Generating the TOc crashes Frame.
However, I can open the individual chapters and make changes and save them.
Spellcheck also can be done.

Error No: Internal Error: 6004, 5514644, 6571609, 4709252

I tried the following: I uninstalled Frame completely and reinstalled it,
Rebooted my system and the problem still persists even with the fresh
installation.

I also tried to look up the Framemaker support site but was unable to find
any related error conditions. I have also written to the fmerror mailing
list...

Q. Will reinstalling the OS help??

Note: There is no problem with the souce docs as I am able to access them
from another machine on which I installed Framemaker and perform all the
required tasks.
