I'd say it definitely does, because everybody can see what
hell everybody else is going through at crunch time (and,
of course, can also see if someone's not pulling their
weight). In a larger company, it's a lot easier for people
to think of you as "that tech writer" rather than as you.
There is also the situation where it's hard to get info
simply because nobody knows who has it. Also a lot less
likely in a small co.
