Thanks for the timely reminder, Mike. In this case, I'm aware of things.
Like I said, I make no secret of my wrist and shoulder problem.
Likewise, if don't mention the problem, my employer cannot be reasonably
expected to accomodate them if necessary. As with other civil issues, I
have a responsibility to mitigate my circumstances as much as is reasonable
under the circumstances. Of course, my priority is to make sure I'm not in
pain, so I do what I can to prevent it.
I'm not sure where you're located. In Canada, courts don't tend to award
large settlements in civil cases as they do in the US.
