For some reason, I'm having a hard time locating this file for download. My
understanding is that I should be able to download it from Microsoft's site,
but I cannot find it. One of the applications that I'm trialing (DocumentX),
needs it to compile the files into the chm.
Am I missing something (besides the hhc file)?
