Don't get too high and mighty about "The Queen's English" - frankly, if
Corporate America wasn't bound to the law, everything would be in
Icelandic if that were cheapest. The one thing in business you can count
on: Cost Reduction. Sounds like in this case they are interpreting the
law, meeting the minimum requirements, and keeping shareholders happy
and customers loyal.
Many times it seems that exploitation of smaller world economies is the
solution to getting stuff done cheaper, unless of course it upsets a
large American lobby.
