Marketing folks often have a problem with the word "fail."

Try "Unable to...", or if it's an issue with finding a data file, just pop
up the browse dialog and dispense with the error message altogether.

Hi,

Is it okay to use the word "failed" in error messages? For example,
"Failed to retrieve the data".
