Isn't there.
In another context, that would be frowned upon as "arbitrary exercise
of authority", and considered to confirm that access and the application
of the heavy hand are *not* equal for all. In other words, not actually
a good thing.
Makes work for us, I guess, but I'm not sure that I want "make-work".
