I have to admit to wondering not why you're asking,
Rayna, but why aren't they teaching you this? You've
been assigned to do something and given no guidance,
examples, guidelines by your instructor? That seems a
little rough. Sure, it can happen in the office, but
you're in school to learn about this stuff so you
(please god) won't be blind-sided by it later.
Doesn't seem quite fair to just fling you into the
Internet and call it teaching.
