I don't mean based as in "Word-speak". By based, I mean that the Override
style has many of the same attributes as the style from which it is a
deviation. It would becomes a real pain to remember that Override 3 is a
deviation of Heading3_TopOfPage and it may or may not be a deviation from
Heading3_TopOfColumn, or Heading3_StartAnywhere.
