Then feeling that I get that when I DON'T, I feel "sh**ty.
The feeling I get when an operations person comes to me and tells me that
such and such information told him what to do when such and such system went
down.
The feeling I get when my boss tells me that because of the documentation,
such and such department was able to handle the transition to maintaining
their system, on their own, faster than the department manager thought they
would.
The feeling that I get when I look at a page or chapter and know that
because of that page or chapter, something not known, now is.
I don't know that I care if it's being read. I know that IF it is, it would
be to their benefit and by not, it's their loss.
