Right. The "norm" is a cycle consisting of the following:
Recession
Recovery
Boom
Decline
And on a roughly 10-15 year cycle (depending on
industry). If past history holds, it'll be another
5-10 years before we're likely to see anything
approaching the 90's again, during which it's
going to be like the 80's.
