I just had a great idea: when it is hard to get SMEs to review documentation, we record readings on tape or CD for SMEs to listen to
What a great idea - it would also ensure that the SMEs didn't review for all those things that they sometimes focus on: typos, formatting, fonts, graphics, and so on.
