I'm often working on at least 4 different things at a
time. It shows in my writing process, as I often fill
in a skeleton topic at one point, go off to do other
things, and then come back to fill in all or partial
content, then off again, then back...
I compensate by being a meticulous editor of my own
work prior to handing off for review.
I've also found that, being online a lot, my thoughts
are also often short and to the point. But, when
composing technical documentation, I manage to turn
that "impulse" to be terse off and focus on
effectively communicating the info I am writing about.
