Do up a issue list in Excel. Prioritize the questions. Have a space for
comments. Send the excel to the SME each week. Do a weekly 1 hour meeting where
the SME answers as many questions as possible. Repeat until project is
finished. Having multiple, separate emails would seem very annoying to me.
