People should never microwave leftover fish... ever.
People should never microwave fish, even those pre-package frozen lunch things... ever.
Worst "office" I ever had was a desk facing a wall in a hallway. My job was to process human laboratory specimens (blood, serum, CSF, urine, feces, bits & pieces, etc.) which could be a lot worse than spilling coffee on yourself when some careless dolt charging down the hallway bumps into you or the back of your chair.
Then it was a cube farm with low walls, everyone could see everybody else, and out a window. It was a lot quieter than the cube farm with high walls I live in now. The high walls prevent window views and give a false sense of privacy. People tend to talk lounder and hold more frequent improptu meetings. I've been considering getting a pair of those Bose headphone that can create silence.
