RE: interviews and ethics

It would only take 100 employees in a 10,000 employee company (or 1%), with
each getting $10,000 more to effectively double the amount of money, based
on the amount of the CEOs bonus.  

Corporate-wide policies aren't made to determine how a single technical
writer should be paid..they're there to determine how 10,000 employees
should be paid.

invest--particularly the potential employer--in the
interview and pursuit, what's $10k in the big scheme
of things? 1% of the CEO's bonus? Really. At that
