Hi
It is a wonderful opportunity. Not too many people get such a gig. Once you
are done with it, it would be great if you could let us know what were
things you integrated.
For the help in the application,
You can include a training room where the user can experiment. Here you can
guide the user with the various options available. You can use audio and
video to achieve this.
The help must be available at all times. It can be activated with a flick
of the wand -- Gandalf!
If there is no activity for a long time, the help can be prompted. Similar
to a mouse over.
Cheers,
Mayur Polepalli
