"I have sometimes had the problem of windows openning outside the
visible area of the desktop on Windows boxes. My solution has been to
move it around with the arrow keys until I can see it and grab it
with the mouse:
1. Open the window (Click on the Tools Pallette icon).
2. Press Alt-Spacebar to open the menu under the upper left icon in
the window's title bar.
3. Press M to select Move.
4. Start moving the window around with the arrow keys.
Another possibility might be some kind of popup blocking software
preventing it from opening.
